How do you get the people of the region and your employees excited about the most important day in the company's history, the open day marking the centenary of mechatronics specialist Marquardt?

The answer is a cross-media campaign that authentically addresses and inspires the local community while also promoting the employer brand of the community's most important employer.

Key Visuals

The campaign visuals were developed in line with the corporate design and communication guidelines surrounding this milestone in the company's history. The key visuals combine a down-to-earth folk festival character with high-tech. Cross-generational images and layouts featuring Gen Z protagonists were designed for the various channels and advertising media.

Advertising

As a medium with a wide reach in the community, the campaign was implemented with out-of-home advertising and street posters. Advertisements in regional newspapers supported the OOH placements.

Web Teaser & Social Media Campaign

The key visuals were adjusted as web headers for the event landing page.

The campaign was rolled out on all relevant social media channels with static posts and short videos in reel format. With over 20,000 visitors on the open day, the campaign more than exceeded our client expectations.
