Marquardt is considered one of the leading suppliers of mechatronic components for automotive applications and many other industries, such as power tools and smart homes. The launch of e-bike components is to be accompanied by a B2B campaign in the bicycle industry.
Creative, Layout, Messaging
With a series of smart display control units and a battery management system, Marquardt offers system components with maximum modularity and connectivity for e-bike manufacturers who opt for open drive systems. This overarching USP became a design marker in all campaign layouts with the hexagon motif. Photo and video shoots with the first prototypes provided the content for the key visuals.

The campaign was aimed at developers and decision-makers at e-bike manufacturers and supported Marquardt‘s sales managers in generating initial leads. As Marquardt was a complete newcomer to the bicycle industry, the brand name was integrated into the headlines of the ad layouts. Media planning focused on the print and online editions of industry magazines in the run-up to Eurobike.
